The very best of French and European short films are part of this selection: Les Lutins du Court-Metrage has been working to promote and disseminate short films to a wider audience. More than 2,000 film professionals vote each year in a format inspired by the Cesars to determine the 25 best short films of the year, thereby bestowing upon them a mark of excellence. This selection includes four films from the 13th edition.
