Krimo, 15 years old lives with his mother in a neighborhood of Saint Deniş. In order to show his love to the ardent Lydia without loosing his face, the shy Krimo would like to play Arlecchino, to be the stage partner in the student play “Les jeux de l'Amour et du hasard.” The young people try to face up to the language of Marivaux. This film is funny and sad, as well as violent and vivid. In 2005 it won four Cesar Awards: Best Film, Best Director, Best Writing, and Most Promising Actress.
