One Christmas Eve, three homeless people - Gin, a gruff, alcoholic, middle-aged hobo, Hana, a drag queen and Miyuki, a runaway girl - discover an abandoned newborn while searching in some trash for Hana's Christmas present for Miyuki. Deposited with the baby is a note asking the finder to take good care of the unnamed baby along with a bag containing clues to the parent's identity.
