Teen International Shorts Festival (TISFEST) 7 – 9 February 2012 TISFEST’s aim is to establish a platform without nation boundaries. There are hundreds of short films shot with no budget but worthy of international audience, by teenagers, who came to IEL Cinema Club organizing national film festival among high schools for eight years. Festival organizerd have concluded that it is time for these films to be appreciated by wider audiences.
