TENT is a platform for 100% contemporary art that has its roots in Rotterdam. It connects the art of the city to events occurring in the wider world. With its diverse programme, TENT addresses relevant developments in contemporary art, whereby special attention is given to topical themes. Guest country Turkey: This year Turkish film students are also participating in the competition.
Breaking Ground (BG) is a platform for European student filmmakers. Their goal is to give new talent the chance to present themselves and their work to the public and the film industry. This selection includes a 70-minute program of several recently made short from different genres; documentary, fiction, animation.
